Marie-Pascale Rolland practices in tax and corporate law.

Marie-Pascale acts on behalf of private companies and individuals in connection with tax and estate planning strategies, corporate reorganizations and the establishment of trust structures. Marie-Pascale also represents taxpayers in their dealings with tax authorities and before the courts in a variety of contentious issues and more specifically in the area of voluntary disclosure.

Marie-Pascale is actively involved in various organizations dedicated to entrepreneurship, culture and philanthropy such as the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal (JCCM), the Regroupement des jeunes chambres de commerce du Québec (RJCCQ), the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal (OSM) Foundation and the Young Philanthropists’ Circle of Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.

Marie-Pascale is a member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF), the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF) and the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
