Erin Lesser practices in the areas of tax and estate planning, with a particular focus on tax-efficient corporate structuring, trust law, cross-border tax and estate administration. She works primarily with small and medium-sized private corporations, Canadian successions and partnerships, and also works with several non-profit organizations and registered charities.
Erin is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscal et financière (APFF) and the Young Bar Association of Montreal. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Lord Reading Law Society and is currently completing the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) diploma program. She joined the firm as an associate in December 2016 after articling at GWBR.
