Brian Moulaison practices in tax, commercial and civil litigation.

Brian represents private companies and individuals in their dealings with tax authorities, and in particular Revenue Quebec and the Canada Revenue Agency. Brian also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation matters and has been involved in commercial disputes in several industry sectors, including disputes that have been resolved through the use of private dispute prevention and resolution processes.

Brian is involved in various organizations dedicated to entrepreneurship and culture, including the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie du Sud-Ouest de Montreal (CCISOM), the Association littéraire et artistique internationale (ALAI Canada), and the Association des juristes pour l’avancement de la vie artistique (l’AJAVA).

Brian is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
